Co-founder and Principal Associate Broker Marco Masciulli has been around real estate his entire life – his father is a home builder, and his grandfathers developed and owned commercial property. He spent every summer in high school working on residential construction sites. As a third-generation real estate agent, Marco specializes in all facets of the real estate business, from skillfully guiding first-time homebuyers through the process to connecting clients with their dream home with the help of his superb attention to detail. 

Marco completed his undergraduate degree at Central Michigan University and graduated from the Michigan State University of Law. While Marco pursued a career in law, his passion for real estate never quite went away. Leveraging his expertise as a successful attorney, clients depend on Marco to use his experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem. With his can-do attitude, Marco recognizes and values his clients' trust, and he strives to exceed their expectations.

Marco is proud of his strong Southeast Michigan ties. He grew up in Plymouth and Northville. He now has roots in Troy, where he lives with his wife and daughter. He is a devoted family man that values spending time with his family. His golf game needs some work, but not as much work as Shawn's.

Co-Founder Shawn Head has had a passion for real estate for nearly all of his adult life. Shawn began working in the real estate industry right out of college. After completing his bachelor's degree at Central Michigan University (Fire up Chips!), Shawn worked at a title insurance agency the summer before he started law school.

While attending law school at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, Shawn worked for a seasoned and respected real estate and litigation attorney in Livonia. In 2015, Shawn leveraged his experience to found The Head Law Firm, PLC, which focuses on litigation and real estate transactions. The swift success of his highly regarded law firm can be attributed to his dedication, strong work ethic, loyalty and professionalism to his clients – as most of his business comes from client referrals. Whether you are a buyer, seller, landlord or developer, Shawn's experience in law and in real estate is an asset to his clients.

Serving as Sharco Realty, LLC's general counsel, he understands that the best way to deal with a problem is to prevent the problem from occurring. With his unique legal background in real estate and keen negotiating skills, Shawn helps to make sure that the client's experience with Sharco Realty, LLC is seamless.



Shawn grew up in Farmington Hills, and he currently lives in Livonia with his wife and two young children. Shawn serves on the Board of Trustees for the Phoenix Seven Foundation, a collegiate scholarship foundation. He also currently serves as the National Director of Risk Management for Phi Sigma Phi National Fraternity, Inc., and he previously served as its National President. Shawn also enjoys playing golf, and he looks forward to the day that he can beat Marco!

Vlad, originally from Ukraine, moved to the USA when he was in his early teens. He spent most of his life around Metro Detroit and has seen both the downturn and recovery of the real estate market. Vlad pursued a bachelor's degree in IT, Leadership and Business. Right after college, he landed a job at Detroit's Quicken Loans (now Rocket Mortgage), the biggest mortgage lender in the US. Since joining the mortgage industry, he developed a passion for real estate which led him to pursue a realtor license. Ever since then, he has made many of his clients' dreams come true with determination, patience, expert knowledge of the market, open communication, and effective negotiation skills.
